Andrew
Andrew is profoundly deaf and mute. Before he came to Tomorrow's People, frustratingly he found he couldn't break through these barriers to show employers his true potential. When he joined one of our programmes, he had already been looking for work for six years. Within a month he was confident enough to apply for work with a high-street retailer. It is a job he loves, and Andrew is thriving in his new position.
