Our Board

Geoff Morgan was the first ever Director of Human Resources and Property Services of Lloyd's of London in 1993 and was one of the first to be recruited to form the rescue team which resulted in the successful Reconstruction and Renewal programme for the global insurance market.

Geoff has always worked for international organisations: Ford Motor Company where he started as a graduate trainee, and worked in various employee relations positions; the US investment bank JP Morgan, where he was Vice President, Personnel for the London Office; and Lloyds Merchant Bank, where he joined the board as Director of Personnel and Support Services.

A fellow of the CIPD, he holds a dual honours degree in Psychology and Sociology from Sheffield University. He is a founder member of the London Human Resources Group, which has researched and published several reports on employment and human resources in the City.
