Geoff Bush has been a trustee director of Tomorrow's People for over 20 years. During this time he was Corporate Citizenship Director of Diageo plc and its predecessor company Grand Metropolitan. Geoff retired from Diageo in 2007 but continues to chair the Diageo Foundation.

Geoff is also an East Sussex Vice Patron of Tomorrow's People and a local volunteer at the charity's Brighton office on its Working It Out programme for young people.

He has deep experience in empowering community and corporate citizenship initiatives around the world. He has been a director of a wide range of charities and foundations in the UK, USA and Russia. He has also participated in a variety of community and corporate social responsibility task groups and advised both the UK Government and the World Economic Forum on these topics.
