Our Board

Dr Neslyn Watson- Druée is the Managing Director of Beacon Organisational Development Limited, established in 1989 focusing on leadership and performance management. She has 22 years' leadership development and training experience within the BBC, Local Government Management Board, Citizens Bank Jamaica and the NHS. She has published papers for BBC Education, Local Authority, Public Servant and Department of Health.

A qualified teacher and business psychologist, she has 21 years' experience as a Government adviser and in non-executive director roles, and has been a speaker on international platforms, including the European Parliament.

Neslyn was Chairman of NHS Kingston October 2000 to March 2011, holding a £260m budget. She is currently one of 180 women across the UK appointed as a national ambassador for the public sector, following a scheme led by the former Deputy Minister for Women and Equalities, Maria Eagle. In this position Neslyn has a focus on increasing diversity in public appointments and she plays a vital role helping people from all backgrounds to apply for positions on public boards.
