She is currently the account director responsible for managing PwC's strategic partnership with DWP's risk assurance division.

Rachel is a chartered accountant and experienced financial professional, and has extensive experience of leading and managing change. She has led a broad range of assignments to address financial management, structural change, governance and performance improvement issues in public sector and not for profit organisations.

Rachel is very experienced in managing large projects and her key strength is working in partnership with public sector organisations to bring together specialists to help deliver successful outcomes. This has often required her to engage with non-financially literate stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes, including non-executives, musicians and operational delivery teams.

Rachel was previously Treasurer of her local church, a role that included working with the Board on trustee responsibilities and governance matters and improving financial management.
