Steve manages the Welfare-to-Work Division of Tomorrow's People covering the organisation's adult programmes and is responsible for winning new business and mobilising and delivering contracts to terms and conditions, on time and to budget.
Steve represents Tomorrow's People with senior civil servants and government ministers, MPs, etc.
He is also involved in the industry body, Employment Related Services Association (ERSA), participates in the DWP's Merlin Advisory Group and is a member of the ACEVO Special Interest Group on employment matters, contributing in order to influence and inform future government Welfare to Work strategy.
Steve has been with Tomorrow's People since 1989 in a number of operational and development roles, prior to his appointment as Welfare to Work Director in June 2008.
Prior to that, he had worked for the government employment and training services for 14 years
