How we help

To support people, we have operation centres across the UK - from Devon and Bristol in the South West, to London and the South East, to Merseyside in the North West, Newcastle in the North east and Glasgow in Scotland. To find your local office click here.

Our specialist employment advisers work in the heart of communities through outreach centres, delivering our services directly to the people who need our support the most. Locations include libraries, schools and colleges, community centres, GP surgeries, mosques and churches. In addition, we work closely with local employers and various partner organisations to deliver a wide range of specialist services.

At the heart of each programme is the one-to-one support and mentoring our specialist employment advisers provide to people free of charge on a confidential basis.

We offer three main types of programme

• Back-to-Work programme: including our highly successful GP Employment Adviser service
• Young People programmes: support for excluded young adults including Working IT Out and Schools Employment Adviser programmes
• The Junction and Social Enterprise Businesses: a residential and work programme for ex-offenders
