If you are 16-24 and you would like to get back into education, begin training or find a job, we can help.
Our Working It Out programme runs in eight cities in England and Scotland:
- Glasgow
- Inverclyde
- Newcastle
- Liverpool
- Brighton
- Maidstone
- London - Hammersmith and Southwark
- Plymouth.
If you live in one of these places and you are not in education, training or work, get in touch to see if we can help.
What help will I get?
- You won't have to sit in a class room.
- You will join in one of our community challenges to show what you can do.
Community challenges include:
- decorating community centres
- improving outdoor spaces such as public gardens
- fundraising for other local charities
- organising outdoor activities such as football and cricket for local school children
- making films on topics that matter to young people, such as gun crime and teenage pregnancy.
Taking part in a community challenge is a chance for you to work with others in a team, show what you can achieve and build up skills and experience that you can put on your CV and show employers.
You will also get plenty of one-to-one support from our staff to help you build up your confidence and work out what you want to do next. You could decide to go back to college, start training for a career you want or find a job that interests you.
