Inspiring Scotland help us expand the Working It Out programme

Tomorrow's People has won £3.2m worth of funding from Inspiring Scotland to help us expand the Working It Out programme in Scotland.

The funding will support the scaling up of the programme model we currently deliver in Glasgow and replicate it in 4 new areas - Edinburgh, Inverclyde, North and East Ayrshire - over a period of 7 years.

The total expenditure budget will be in the region of £7.4 million of which Inspiring Scotland will contribute £3.2 million, primarily in the earlier years.

Tomorrow's People New Board appointments

Employment charity Tomorrow’s People, which runs programmes helping the long-term unemployed back to work, has appointed two new members to its Board of Trustees. Christine Glenn, Chief Executive of the Parole Board for England and Wales and Elaine Gibson-Bolton, Partner and EU, competition and regulatory law specialist at SJ Berwin LLP.
