Tomorrow's People has Employment Advisers working in prisons and GP practices, with south London gangs and with entire extended families where several generations have never worked. We never innovate for novelty's sake: it is all part of a determined effort to reach more people we do not believe deserve to be written off by society.
Our structure means we develop local expertise in the areas where we work. Understanding the local jobs market, the problems and the opportunities, allows us to spot the issues that prevent jobseekers and employers linking up effectively. This understanding is the foundation for the new solutions we develop to get the labour market working for employers who are looking for staff and for our clients who are seeking work.
