Who we help

"The problem with being out of work and depressed is that as each day goes by it gets harder and harder to be motivated. Sometimes it was a struggle just getting out of bed. I had no direction and didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life." Caroline McKenna, client

Unemployment has impact on many sections of society – from school and college leavers, to ex-offenders keen to make a new start, to people who face unemployment unexpectedly during their career, or those with long-term health problems who want to work, but need support to find it.

Our focus is on the hardest to help around the UK including people with disabilities, ethnic minorities, lone parents, ex-offenders, excluded young adults, the homeless and refugees. We can help transform lives by getting individuals back into the workplace through effectively targeted and specialist support.
