At Tomorrow's People no-one is just a number.
Our staff aim to ensure that this is the case for each and every participant on our programmes. Looking at the most disadvantaged and marginalised long-term unemployed people in society, others may see people who are simply too hard to help. We see their potential. The commitment and drive to succeed at Tomorrow's People is underlined by the excellent results our teams achieve across England and Scotland, providing high-quality advice and guidance to the long-term unemployed.
Providing personalised support as part of our programmes is the best way to ensure that our participants get jobs that they want to keep. To do this requires the right blend of skills that make our staff unique. In 2010 a survey of our core government back to work contracts showed that over three quarters of those people we helped into work, were still there a year later.
If you feel you have the blend of professional and personal skills that can add to the Tomorrow's People track-record of high-quality outcomes, keep an eye out for opportunities that are posted on this site or send your CV, with a short covering letter to: Charles Shaw, HR Manager at cshaw@tomorrows-people.co.uk
